For online purchases from we will only accept returns if product is defective upon delivery.

Please email us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order;
1. Your order number as the subject title
2. Name and product code of the defected item
3. Photograph of the defect

Our customer service team will be in touch on the next steps. Should your product be deemed defective, a replacement product will be mailed to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online coupon (inclusive of any postage you paid) will be provided. Coupon will be valid for one year.
